2.0 Directions

Oslo Airport Gardermoen is the main airport. We recommend the use of the Airport Express Train to either Oslo Central station (Oslo S), Sköyen or Lysaker Stations, depending on which hotel you choose to stay in. Ticket price: NOK 160,-. Travel time to Lysaker: 34 minutes. Train departs from Gardermoen every 20 minutes from 0536 until 0036 at night.

5.0 MEETING FEES
The cost for each participant (including meeting rooms, coffee breaks, lunches and WiFi Internet access) is :
- 300€ for on-line registration before 4 September 2009 11:55pm CET
- 450€ for on-line registration After 5 September 2009 00:05am CET

Refund Policy: On request, the meeting fees (-50€) will be refunded if the cancellation is effective 7 days before the start of the meeting. After that, no refund is possible.

WARNING: The on-line payment/registration is MANDATORY. Your registration MUST be followed by a confirmation e-mail on your mailbox. Delegates will NOT be authorized to attend the meeting without a badge.

7.0 TRANSPORT

7.1 If you should choose to stay in the city centre, Bus transport appx. 20 – 30minutes with bus, depending on traffic and choice of bus: Expressbus: E31 or ordinary bus 31 marked Fornebu or Snaröya.

7.2 If you choose to use a taxi, a fixed price is possible and adviced – typically around NOK 700 from Airport to Oslo Central Station daytime. Nights and weekend charges may apply. There are several companies operating the service and prices may vary. You are free to use the one of your choice. Ask for details at the taxi counter in the arrival hall.

8.0 VISA INFORMATION

No visa is required for residents from countries with visa-waiver agreement with Norway, i.e. among others Canada, US and EU countries, but passport is mandatory (or at least national ID for persons from EU ”Schengen”-countries). Please send your request to contact@homegatewayinitiative.org. Please include in your request all information that your embassy requires in the letter, as well as the method by which you'd like to receive the signed letter. Turnaround time for visa letters is two business days. Should you wish to receive it by courrier, please be aware that your company will be invoiced accordingly. 9.0 OBSERVER
This Meeting is restricted to HGI Members. However, a non-Member can ask to attend as an observer. The request should be sent to contact@homegatewayinitiative.org and is subject to the HGI Board Approval. In order to be considered as an Observer, the following conditions have to be fulfilled :
- Board Approval
- Signed NDA
- Payment of the meeting fee
